This is the fifth of Lillie’s macro-friendly cookbooks. Just like ONE, it focuses on delicious, comforting, yet still healthy one-dish meals. You'll find  nearly 70 recipes including lightened up sauces and dressings, salads, and of course lots of pot, pan, dish, and sheet pan dinners. These meals are ideal for feeding the whole family, but also perfect for meal prep!

For the macro-counters, every recipe has the macronutrients not only included in the book, but pre-loaded into My Fitness Pal, Macros First, and Lose It to simplify your tracking experience! If this is new to you, this is LIFE CHANGING. Just follow the recipe, then dish up your cooked portion and log that using the barcode feature or the title of the recipe. You can take the suggested portion OR as much as you'd like, and log the weight. This makes tracking SO MUCH EASIER. And if you don't track,  just know your meals are light, filling, healthy, and macro-BALANCED.

After doing a long gluten and dairy-free phase myself, I wrote my last cookbook PLANNED in line with that way of eating. I no longer eat that way myself, but since I got used to making swaps, this book will still be VERY usable for gluten and dairy-free eaters. Lots of recipes are naturally gluten and dairy-free. And MOST that aren't include simple swaps and notes about the macros when those swaps are made.
